The MentorTrain Project official face-to-face Kick-Off Meeting happened in Malta, on 28-29 November, 2018.
During this meeting the partners discussed administrative, financial and logistic aspects of the project, clarifying doubts and aligning strategies to assure the most efficient project management. The identity of the project – including context, mission, vision, strategy, tagline and branding – were also discussed and approved.
Having these basic aspects settled, the partners dedicated the rest of the meeting to work on intellectual output 1 – Course / curriculum – Design and development – analysing, discussing and reaching consensus on needed competences for mentors and inherent expected learning outcomes from a course to train them.
There was also time for the partners to bond and enjoy the wonders of the Maltese landscape, gastronomy and mild weather.
The next consortium meeting will take place in Prague, on June 18 and 19, 2018.
