On 3 and 4 March 2020, another meeting of the project consortium took place in Tallinn, Estonia. Besides general management issues, the main focus of the meeting was on developing and trialing a new workshop format, using the design thinking approach for the design of apprenticeships.
The workshop format will be implemented in individual countries with the aim to develop apprenticeship competence frameworks in individual selected fields, based on the experience and ideas of experienced mentors. The workshops are foreseen to take place during the Summer of 2020 in the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Basque Country and Estonia.
